Before we do that, give us some more input. And maybe read the guidelines at the top of this forum.

Oh, and state quickly that those Arcane Denials were ment as a joke beofre anybody sees them  \n\n

Sorry, but this is a running gag here right now because it is a common newbie mistake. While I can still make jokes about Arcane Denial, most people are so tired of it that they start getting rude when it gets about Arcane Denial. See the "mod"-tag on the left under my Avatar? Count this as an preemptive maneuver to cut aout flames before they are written.

Okay, one more time: Arcane Denial is baaad (outside of multiplayer at least) because its card disadvantage. Your opponent drawing more cards than you is the last you want in a control deck.
You might think that it doesn´t matter because he wont have enough mana to cast that stuff. Well, first, this assumes that you have already locked him out in wich case you have won already. The thing is that your counters should help to actually get him into that lock. Secondly, even in the lock, every extra card he draws more than you increases the chance that he draws and successfully casts something to beat you, be it the extra land he needs or a Fireblast or Abolish.

Arcane Denial is not as bad here as in other decks but still sucks. There is for example no reason to play this over Force of Will here, which might be card disadvantage, too, but the ability to save your ass even when tapped out under a Stasis is invaluable as well as the ability to win counterwars to force the Stasis through.\n\n

I am ashamed to admitt it, but at one point I played statis...

(hangs his head in shame...)

for the budget version I would deffinately go the Kismet/Chronatog route.

Chronatog  Summon - Atog (1/2)   1U
Skip your next turn: Chronatog gets +3/+3 until end of turn. Use this ability only once each turn.

so the interaction goes like this...

Get out the stasis and the kismet.

Drop Chronatog.

At the end of your opponents turn, you skip your next turn with the chronatog's ability.  This means you don't have to pay the upkeep, and you opponent has to take another turn and draw a card again.  You then skip you turn again at the end of that turn.  Your opponenet will start to get pissed and unless they are playing stompy, you  win.  Stompy has elvish spirit guide and quiron ranger so it can untap things under kismet.

Budget Chronostasis

BOREGASM

Combo (12)
4 Chronatog
4 Stasis
4 Kismet

Stall (8)
4 Orim's Chant
4 Swords to Plowshares

Counters (8)
4 Counter Spell
4 Mana Leak

Toys (6)
1 Mystical Tutor
1 Enlightened Tutor
1 Black Vise
3 Replenish

Mana (26)
1 Sol Ring
4 Flooded Strand
4 Adakar Wastes
6 Plains
11 Islands

SB
4 Propaganda
4 Blueblast
4 Abeyance
3 Seal of Cleansing

Well here is the best I can do off the top of my head.

Feel free to make changes or suggestions, but if you add arcane denials to the deck again, I doubt anyone will reply.  Arcane Denial is bad, bad, bad.

Quick analysis

Chronatog-lets you skip the upkeep and keep the combo going for free while your opponet mills themself to death

Stasis-your kill

Kismet-the lock down

Orim's Chant-stall vs aggro, lets you cast things past control.

Swords to Plowshares-kills fast fat aggro dead.  Remember only kill things that are true threats.  Don't waste them on stuff that won't kill you before you can drop out the combo.

Counter Spell-vanilla flavored.  Only counter stuff that will either stop the combo, or kill you before you go off.  Do not counter lightning bolts and other crap.  Take damage on the chin unless it will kill you.

Mana Leak-same thing as the counterspells only try to use these up first.

Mystical Tutor-finds stuff you might need

Enlightened Tutor-see above

Black Vise-faster kill.

Replenish-anti discard/anti control

Sol Ring-poor man's acceleration

Flooded Strand-poor man's dual land

Adakar Wastes-poor man's tundra

Plains-can't waste this

Islands-see above

Propaganda-stops fast aggro and remember that multiples are cumulative

Blueblast-answer to sligh and dragon (hit the dragon as it comes into play).  Only stop the things that will kill you.

Abeyance-more stall and draw all wrapped up into one.  Anti control

Seal of Cleansing-these are never bad I don't know what your metagame is.
