Hi there .

First I would like to apologize for my bad Egnlisch and this Thread, however I need something assistance . I started playing Typ I some time ago , but no tournaments were hold in my area. Now there are some tournaments , but I only have a Sligh deck. Playing Sligh is funny - but not allday , so I need a new deck . I don't have access to Power 9 and similar cards , but newer cards , say since 3rd are no problem.

My local metagame contains many aggro , some parfait and a bit Mono U . What's is a good deck in this  metagame?

Yours - hoping thread is allowed

Parfait can be run on a budget though it takes a lot more skill and you have to tweak the build

Stompy is a fun deck to play and with some old school tech and new cards it can actually play a little better than people expect.  Argothian Pixies are tech vs TNT and naturalize helps out so many match ups.

Mono Black control decks can be good in heavy aggro decks. Edict, powder kegs, even goofy mutilates.

The best deck to play against a heavy aggro field with only a little blue and parfait would have to be White Weenie, hands down.  White weenie owns othe aggro match ups.  With Empyrial armor your critters can even kill TNT's beef.  Null Rods main deck wouldn't hurt you because you don't have power.  Dust to Dust is great vs TNT and Maskanaught.

IMO parfait is the best budget deck there is.  Although it is considerably more difficult to play than sligh or mono black it is much more flexible and better in mixed metagames.  My suggestion to you is to get to know the decks that are regulars where you play and build a parfait deck that suits you and the environment well.  Then, practice your tail off until you are comfortable playing it.  I know there are numerous threads that you can read up on for parfait.  Good luck

I was looking around on the forums and completely forgot about Gay Fish, it can be a very cheap deck and very powerfull.  You can find deck lists on the forums to see what it runs.  Its also easier to play than parfait.

WHy dont you skim the forums for deckideas? You can look at every post in every forum on TMD, although you can only post here. Additionally there is this wonderful "Search"-button.
