i wanted to know if death wish fits in this deck ?
my idea :

It doesn't.

At the time you are casting a Wish, you should've been casting a threath to kill/disrupt your opponent with.

It's that simple.

Adding a Death Wish to suicide black is not a good idea. With cards like  scuta you bash yourself enough. Adding Death Wish is just asking for suicide morphling.  The other problem is what you pulled.  Once less swamp is probably going to cost you more game to mana screw than the death wish is going to save you.  If you insist on adding it, put it over the consultaion or something.  One risky tutor for another.

Btw, why don't you run nether void? You deck is much closer  to void than sui, and void is a better deck in general. Maybe you should look into obtaining some.

Also, I should add that Phyrexian Scuta is generally pretty bad and should be replaced by either Nantuko Shades or Flesh Reavers, depending how control heavy your environment is.  (Flesh Reavers if everybody is playing Keeper, Shades if you expect to see basically any Sligh or aggro.)

Considering your 4 MD Edicts, and 3 Contagions, I'll guess you probably play in a pretty aggro-heavy environment.  That definitely calls for Masticore in the side.  Also, your Edicts should probably be Chainers Edicts, since the sorcery speed is virtually no drawback, and you get a builtin mini YawgWill with it.

I would suggest replacing your Contagions with Powder Keg, as they are are far more versatile.

Oh, and Morefling is right about the Wish.  Don't do it.   I can't see any real use for it outside of a combo deck, and even then it's a little dicey.
