If you want to start being able to post in the other forums, post content!

The more content you put up, the more interesting you are, the more interesting you are, the more of a help you are to people who need help and stuff.  That will make you more presentable to the higher powers, and eventually you will be able to post almost everywhere.

In conclusion:  Post more content.

Such information you'll find pinned to the top of this forum.  Generally ignoring these are a bad start, so I recommend taking the time to read through everything pinned, even if it doesn't look important, to ensure this doesn't happen again.
