I'm going to give the decklist first so you'll have context and then try to explain a few of the card choices. Please respond, be brutal, I'm trying to make this work.
4 Isochron Scepter

Now, the concept is obviously to throw through an Image with the Sword attached, using bounce and counters to protect them and contorl the board. Initially I consider including Spire Golem and Covert Operative for win conditions, but the letter is prohibitive, and the former both very vulnerable and isn't really safer than the Image, which can bounce.
Inclusion of 8 bounce effects might seem excessive, but given the effectiveness of scepter bounce, and the necessity of pitching something to the Mox, This provides a level of reliability in dealing with early threats I considered valuable.
Future Sight and Arcanis are meant to provide the ability to draw into counters throughout the game.
Concentrate might be a reasonable substitute to Thirst, but with counterspells the main line of defense, sorcery-speed card draw is not ideal. In addition, after the first four turns, Chrome Mox is almost a dead card, providing an ideal target for Thirst.
Fabricate allows tutoring for the Sword, Cloak or Scepter - it could be reasonable to add additional Equipment in the place of this card.
