This is my current decklist for U/W Landstill, its made with the cards I own so no Sapp, Pearl, Walk and Lotus.
4 Force of Will 4 Mana Drain 4 Brainstorm 3 Mana Leak 2 Terifi's Responce 2 Misdirection 3 Stifle 4 Standstill 1 Ancestral Recall 3 Stp 2 Decree of Justice 4 Disk 4 Mishra's Factory 3 Fairy Conclave 4 Flooded Strand 4 Tundra 2 Island 1 Plains 4 Wasteland 1 Library 1 Strip Mine
Sb so far
2 Terifi's Responce 1 Stp 1 Balance 4 Tormod's Crypt 1 Stifle
My Meta so far is alot of control and aggro-control, and this decklist works great against most of them. But I expect to see some Food-Chain Goblins, gobvantage, sligh or even Mask in an upcoming tournament. I've concidered:
4 Disenchant 4 Maze of Ith 4 Chill 4 Energy Field
of course I can make small modifications to the current sb and decklist. I was hoping on getting a discussion on what cards are best for certain situations, eg Chill vs. Energy Field and so on.
Thanks

I've been playing a lot of U/R Landstill in tournies lately, and I've noticed that Maze of Ith is ridiculously good in this deck's board. I support it being in the board, but no more than 3 of them. And as good as Food-Chain goblins are, I don't think its good enough to warrant the Chills in the board. Quite honestly, your maindeck should be powerful enough to handle FCG.

If you see a lot of control and aggro-control why is the Mis'D count only at 2? I would try to up that to a full set. I would also not play fetchlands and brainstorm in Landstill. You need actual mana producers, not fetchlands. And even after that you only run 24 mana sources, I would try to get a few more land in, this is a very mana hungry deck.
Energy Field sucks with Standstill, they break 'still and your field dies also. Chalice of the Void is better than Chill I would say, it also gives the flexibility of the combo matchup also.

REB, rack and ruin, chain of vapor are a couple of ideas. Chill isn't broad enough to warrant a SB slot IMO.

This is the side board that Keith Johnson (CTthispian) ran at Waterbury last month, piloting Blue/White Landstill to 5th place out of a field of 190+ skilled players. 3 Blue Elemental Blast 3 Tormod's Crypt 3 Disenchant 3 Energy Flux 3 Chalice of the Void Keith is a very good player and put a lot of work into this board, it's tailored to the New England Meta (though that will be changing with Darksteel) non-the-less it's a great launching point for you to work with. For reference his tournement report can be found here: http://www.themanadrain.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9241

You may be able to remove some of the more Combo and Anti Prison elements in my board for Mazes vs aggro. However COTV, I believe, would help you tremendosuly vs. most aggro decks and GobVantage.

Thanks for the reply's so far.
Some comments, I've never had more than 5 lands out when I win with this deck so it's possible I could use more but I've only lost when I don't draw enough card spells (brainstorm, standstill, responce, even misd). I think I'll try ditching one flooded for one island see how much it helps. I only have 3 fairy conclave I can't run a 4th because the're too slow.
No comments about Terifi's Responce? The other decklists I've seen do not pack them, the're great against control (Wasteland, Stp, Fire/Ice), I'm ussually not unhappy to draw the card.
Also I like the idea of Acid Rain vs. O.Stompy, although I don't expect to see them in my Meta. I'll try some BEB and Chalice against gobvantage see what's better.
I enjoy this deck because it can beat good and bad decks. I was playing gay/r for a while but every so often it would loose to a bad deck. Thanks
