Has Vampiric Tutor been auto-discluded from the board because of the 2 Wishes or just not tested enough to be an official slot?  I've used it a little, and I've been finding that it let's me just grab my Yawg Will or a Welder when DT isn't around.  I've also found it near impossible to beat Sui without a Welder on the table.  The put-on-top of libiary effect is great vs. Sui, and has let me win a lot more games then I should've, and usually on my last turn.
