OK now I didn't playtest your deck and I am not sure if I will. With that in mind here are my comments.
Firstly, I might agree with your choices if I knew your meta but now lets go.
hymn to tourach: Against control it is quite good (provided you can get double black up). Is often a dead card vs. aggro (they dump their hand fast) is bad vs. bazaar decks, and sometimes helps workshop.dec by giving them welding targets.
Misdirection is Janky but if you like em then run em, they are excellent surprise value and will give an unsuspecting deck a kick in the nuts occaisionally.
contagion: if you have enough black cards and feel the need to knock out wee men. Although wishing for fire and ice not only leaves you with less clutter MD it gives you the jazzy ICE! to use as well (on mazes and the like)
#of intuitions: your choice, 1 or 2 depending on your flavor. If you played deep analysis the second intuition is just as vicious as the first.
Shadow Mage Infiltrator??????? Firstly for that casting cost you can have a tog. , secondly being powered as you are Phids are better. Lastly you are losing tempo. I want to run to your house and rip those finkels up! Tog beats aggro because it can be fast!
Scepters are also tempo robbing and not doing what you want to do in TOG play tog, kill person. No dicking around!
Lastly I love the monkey with all this slaver insanity about. In fact I may play a version that runs two but that is because I am a paranoid control freak :B
PLEASE don't run infiltrators (and no I won't try them!)
I basically agree with everything jazzykat has to say. Shadowmages might as well be Togs so you can just win. Scepters are kicked in the nuts by all the Null Rods running around and could be Deeds which are awesome. Mis'D is a metagame choice if you need it. Hymn is not really worth it I think. Double Black could be hard to come by, and besides don't you want to keep that mana open for Drain?
