This is my psychatog/hulk deck, since it's already a developed archgetype, I will just post card choices.  You may think that some of these choices are strange or wrong, but please, PLEASE playtest this before commenting if you are going to knock it.

One-for-One:
4 Brainstorm
4 Force of Will
3 Duress
3 Cunning Wish
1 Intuition
1 Demonic Tutor

I included only 1 intuition because after cunning wishes or psychatogs are fetched, there's not much else to intuition for, and it takes too much mana where drawing something else would be better.  I wanted 4 duresses but decided to run 3 since I included more discard in the maindeck.  I run 3 cunning wishes because I feel at least 3 are needed, with 2 or less this loses the keeper-style control it needs to be competetive in T1.

Two-for-One
2 Hymn to Tourach
2 Misdirection
1 Contagation
1 Deep Analysis

I know what you're thinking.  Hymn to tourach?  Well, this is where you need to test it out.  I feel that hymns are just as important as cunning wishes in this deck vs any other type of control or lock deck.  VS aggro it can just be sided out or used as another card to toss to Pyschatog.  Contagation and Misdirection are good for this deck, which IMO needs more pitch cards than just FoW to keep up in T1.  Deep Analysis is good but I couldn't find enough room to include 2 or 3, which is okay.  Contagation is great for getting welders, for the 3/3's that this deck sees, well the contagations are sort of useless.  That's why I may drop 1 for a diabolical edict.

Lots-for-One
4 Accumulated Knowledge
2 Shadowmage Infiltrator
1 Ancestral Recall
1 Mind Twist

All obvious choices, I know shadowmages are sort of noobish but when you have one in play you usually will easily wing way hard with a tog.  And the multicolor means it can be pitched to anything in here.

Utility
2 Isochron Scepter
1 Yawgmoth's Will
1 Time Walk

Isochron Scepter is just too good to not include.  I at first wanted just one and I may go back to that, I need to do some more testing first.

Win
2 Pyschatog
1 Gorilla Shaman

If you run volcanic islands, you may as well, right?

Land
4 Wasteland
4 Underground Sea
4 Polluted Delta
2 Volcanic Island
1 Tropical Island
1 Flooded Strand
1 Strip Mine
1 Black Lotus
1 Sol Ring
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Jet

Sideboard
3 Coffin Purge
2 Fire / Ice
2 Pyroblast
1 Berserk
1 Rack and Ruin
1 Hydroblast
1 Mystical Tutor
1 Naturalize
1 Artifact Mutation
1 Misdirection

So what do you think?

I think I just pooped my pants!
Even if the deck needs work, this kind of comment is inappropriate and unhelpful. Don't do it again.

OK now I didn't playtest your deck and I am not sure if I will. With that in mind here are my comments.

Firstly, I might agree with your choices if I knew your meta but now lets go.

hymn to tourach: Against control it is quite good (provided you can get double black up). Is often a dead card vs. aggro (they dump their hand fast) is bad vs. bazaar decks, and sometimes helps workshop.dec by giving them welding targets.

Misdirection is Janky but if you like em then run em, they are excellent surprise value and will give an unsuspecting deck a kick in the nuts occaisionally.

contagion: if you have enough black cards and feel the need to knock out wee men. Although wishing for fire and ice not only leaves you with less clutter MD it gives you the jazzy ICE! to use as well (on mazes and the like)

#of intuitions: your choice, 1 or 2 depending on your flavor. If you played deep analysis the second intuition is just as vicious as the first.

Shadow Mage Infiltrator??????? Firstly for that casting cost you can have a tog. , secondly being powered as you are Phids are better. Lastly you are losing tempo. I want to run to your house and rip those finkels up! Tog beats aggro because it can be fast!

Scepters are also tempo robbing and not doing what you want to do in TOG play tog, kill person. No dicking around!

Lastly I love the monkey with all this slaver insanity about. In fact I may play a version that runs two but that is because I am a paranoid control freak :B

PLEASE don't run infiltrators (and no I won't try them!)

I basically agree with everything jazzykat has to say.  Shadowmages might as well be Togs so you can just win.  Scepters are kicked in the nuts by all the Null Rods running around and could be Deeds which are awesome.  Mis'D is a metagame choice if you need it.  Hymn is not really worth it I think.  Double Black could be hard to come by, and besides don't you want to keep that mana open for Drain?

I don't think I've really been able to get BB from Tog until really late in the game...where DA is way better anyway.

Ok I know this may suck but I still run one Gush, also if you are splashing red for the shaman and are determined to use Isochron Scepter, why not throw in a Fire/Ice? I run one without an Isochron, and it has done well for me.

Finally I agree with Jazzycat, Play a 3rd Psychatog and drop the Infiltrators. I tested them a while back and it sucked ass, it made things too slow to be honest. I found I wound up pitching them to the FOW or the MisDirection more than I did playing them.
