It is your turn, not his.

Mindslaver lets you control their next turn.

If I active a Mindslaver, and I cast Fact or Fiction during the oponent ´s turn that I gain control, does I choose the piles of the Fact or Fiction?

Yes. If you control their turn, then no matter who casts FoF, you'll end up splitting the piles.
