The thing is this: there are fair ways to use this sort of card, and there are unfair ways to use them. And people who want to play with them fairly will do so regardless, so such cards should be made conservatively to avoid the unfair uses.
And when I say "such cards" and "this sort of card" I mean cards that use mechanics that are known to be problematic - mass card drawing, cheating mana costs, mana acceleration that you don't have to wait for (i.e. Petal and Ritual and Monolith, not Thran Dynamo and Birds of Paradise and Peat Bog - that sort of invested acceleration is A-OK).
I see you've also bumped it up to a 2/2. Something about autility creature being the size of most combat creatures turns me off.

If this saw print would it combine well with parallax nexus and the permanent removal of lands? I.E. put the removal on the stack nuke the enchantment bring another back to your hand. let the return to play trigger and the land hoser is ready for another go in your hand. just a thought has little relevance to the card except for the possible decks involving. I think it needs an extra ability. Give it banding.

Parallax Tide is the land one. And yes, all the Parallax enchantments could be used with this to remove things from the game permanantly.

It does not need another ability, and the parallax cards have been errata'd to prevent that sort of abuse.

Since it's not going to even come out on turn 1 or 2 (and thus can't be activated until turn 3 at the soonest) you don't need an activation cost, because you're giving the opponent plenty of time to deal with it if he/she has to.
