Hey guys just wanted to start this little thing. First person to answer the problem has to post a new one, preferably on this topic. The idea is simple, think up a magic problem, with a possible answer, and set it up here. Rate on a scale of 1 to 5, five being hardest. Also say what format, I. E. if you had a problem and one of the answers does not need T1 quality post it as a 1.5 problem. This is my first one: Its a three and the format is T1 Amass an army of 20 muscle slivers on first turn assuming that your opponent has no counters.

Play a Black Lotus and a City of Traitors, tap both, sac lotus for blue. Play Grim Monolith, and enchant it with Power Artifact. Generate infinite mana, and use the last blue to cast Stroke of Genius on yourself for your entire library. Then remove an Elvish Spirit Guide from your hand to play Fastbond. Play some lands, and get a bunch of green and blue mana. Play Dual Nature, then four Muscle Slivers. You now have 8. Then play 4 Clones and 2 Vesuvan Doppelgangers, for a grand total of 20 Muscle Slivers. That takes GGGGGGUUUUUUUU (you have infinite colorless), so 6 Forests and 8 Islands is all the land you need.
Here's my puzzle. Assume infinite mana. I'm not really sure what the difficulty level is.
Create a 7/1 Green/Red Nightmare Wall creature with Banding, Flanking, Protection from Artifacts, Fading: 3, and Cumulative Upkeep. It must have at least two different card types imprinted on it.
edit: it can have additional abilities, card types, and creature types, but it must be those exact colors and have that exact P/T

[00:46] <jetz0r> 4 cards with fading 3, one is untargetable [00:46] <jacobLazy> hehe [00:47] <jacobLazy> bonus points if you use the derm
Have unbounded mana, Survival of the Fittest in play, Jangling Automaton in graveyard, with a Blastoderm on top.
Play Volrath's Shapeshifter. Survival a Death-Mask Duplicant into gy Activate the DMD (remove Jangling Automaton on resolution), in responce, survival a Mistform Sliver into gy, Activate its change ability twice, (naming wall and nightmare on resolution), in responce, survival a Blastoderm into the gy.
(5/5 green beast nightmare wall with two card types imprinted)
Cast Read the runes for 16, discarding Dream Coat, Cooperation, Agility, Rancor , Phyrexian boon *2, Coils of the Medusa, a Breath of Dreams, Artifact Ward, a Lance, Earthbind, Yawgmoth's Agenda, Illusions of Grandure, Pandemonium, Fires of Yavimaya, Animate Wall and Saproling Burst.
Play a Scrabbling Claw and use it to remove the RtR in your graveyard.
Cast Replenish. Put all enchantments on the Blastoshapeshifter 5/5 +1/+1 +2/+0 -2/-4 +1-1 = 7/1 Green Beast Wall Nightmare with Banding, Flanking, Trample, CU: 1, (Loses flying), Pro Artifacts, First Strike, Fading 3 (with 3 counters)
Activate Dream Coat, name Green and Red.
Here's my puzzle.
You are allowed 1 card in play, 7 in hand. Win during your opponent's upkeep. Opponent has 7 cards in hand and 53 in deck, all are blank cards. You have 52 cards in your deck, of whatever you wish (t1 legal) Both players are at 20.

In play: Underground Sea
In hand: 3x Dark Ritual, Necromancy, Funeral Charm, Worldgorger Dragon, Stroke of Genius
Tap Underground Sea for B, play all three Dark Rituals for BBBBBBB, play Funeral Charm targeting yourself and discard, WGD, play Necromancy on WGD, go infinite and play Stroke of Genius for more than they have.
Puzzle: ??? Someone can post a different puzzle, but if no one does within a few hours I'll come back with one.
EDIT: Jacob, Im pretty sure you can't play Lotus during upkeeps. We can use his puzzle anyway, I can't come up with an answer.

Doesn't aluren in play, and then using cavern harpy, maggot carrier and soul warden do the trick?

Doesn't aluren in play, and then using cavern harpy, maggot carrier and soul warden do the trick? Yes it does. Good job, I wasn't even sure if my puzzle had an answer.
