Woodland Aura 1GG Enchantment During each player's upkeep, that player chooses one: Return target land from that player's graveyard to play, or return target land to owner's hand.
It is green landcontrol. It is both funny and quite versatile, and it doubles in effect. And lastly, everybody get to use the ability.

I'm not sure it's a great thing to be able to keep your opponent stuck on 3 or 4 lands forever with one card.

You can't, since they can start effectively playing two lands per turn once they have a method of getting them into their graveyard (which they will fairly quickly if their lands keep being returned).
I really like this card. It has built in protection from strip mine abuse. The name seems a bit wierd for what it does though.

WTF is een Saltating Lagoon? That name seems strange.
And the card is weird, but I like that. It's a shame that this makes playing enchant lands dangerous, whereas I think that green should encourage enchanting lands (in a positive way, that is. Cursing is bad / wild growth is good). But it's too complicated to take such a minor aspect of flavour in consideration. So I'd say that this seems well enough.

een Saltating Lagoon? You dutch?! Saltating is from verb To Saltate, which means to change. So its like a Changing lagoon, think of the tide water. Sometimes there is more, other times there is less.

I don't really have a problem with a Dancing Lagoon. Or...
It sounds blue now - so namechange, once again.

Well, it sounds to me like some hypertonic salt solution. Like a lagoon that sets off huge cliffs of salt on the lands, because it is so oversaturated in it's saltiness.
I don't like the name in combination with it's function and flavour.
