Wrath was a bad hoser. Bad hosers are excused certain eccentricities. It's not like BWM's card said 'sacs a black permanent' or anything...
Twister and Tornado were targeted destruction. That's flavorful for green, in a way. Nature''s pure force can destroy things. But it can hardly make people sacrifice their loved ones.

Now that's an argument ad populis. If nature's force can destroy things, like pin-pointedly removing a farmer from behind his plow, then it should most certainly be able to just randomly blow across a countryside, lifting up barns and cows.
Saying 'loved ones' is so irrelevant here.
Red provides the misguided rage, green provides THE FAT and part of the flavour.

So far, we have 4 people against this being GR, and 2 in favor of it. Since one of the people in favor of it is the card's creator, and one of the people against it is me, it won't go. So I guess we have a standstill until at least 2 more ppl speak out in favor of it's GR-ness (at least 1 of whom should be Matt  ), or until you change the colors. |

There isn't any valid reason why this should be GR. Red does random effects (such as not choosing what to make your opponent sac). Black makes your opponent sac stuff. Green doesn't cause sacrifices and Green isn't random!

I wouldn't mind either GR or BR or even mono-red. However, I do have a SLIGHT preference for BR.

That's a valid suggestion, really.
Black for the fact that it's a permanent Edict
Green for the fact that it's in insect, a Xantid-warm-like thing, and everybody seems to want it to be green.
We already have Bayou Locusts, though....
even so, I'm liking this at 1BG. OPinions?

This is just like Floral Spuzzem, combined with Misguided Rage. I am a firm 1GR proponent.
I always associated BG with rot. So this doesn't seem BG to me.

It destroys when not blocked. there is no sense in arguing BG, because there are insects in black, therefore making the green obsolete. There is no sense in arguing against GR, since there are insects in green, therefore making the black obsolete? This is getting us nowhere. |

I think it's too powerful as a flier...
It makes itself unblockable (kinda) and have the opponent sac each turn...
and Bram, you're a sick sick man to think of playing this on turn one, since it requires at least 2 restricted cards... (Hmm, I'm gonna try to think up one that requires none)
