2, T: Until end of turn, whenever target creature deals damage to you, destroy that creature. It can't be regenerated.
Just some random treasure. It's not nearly as strong as No Mercy, but it does trigger on non-combat damage.

The crown part is fine, it's the grammatical construction that needs to change (crown of X). (adjective crown) would solve that problem, but it's so overdone. What about "Tiara of Tears"? Is that just terrible?

Yeah, I think it is terrible. I don't see the problem, honestly. It's not like people complain about Illusionary Mask not having cumulative upkeep like most of the other Illusionary- cards.

This is some bombing limited rare. Worse than No Mercy...well, yes. But easily cast. For all colors. I'd also be okay with a casting cost of 3 and an activation of 3, T: bang.
It's not like it will suck, then.

I have played quite a few sealed decks and drafts with Heartseeker, a card vaguely similar and I can honestly say this card is a ton better and Heartseeker is a BOMB. Maybe if there are cards like Pristine Angel and and the Protection from all colors Angel in the environment this would be acceptable, but even then, this is still too good in Limited.

Well, make it 4 mana, 3T: Bang, then. Compare it to No Mercy... This is slower, but available to all colors, which balances each other out. And it costs more mana to also convinve the naysayers  |

That sounds like my department. I'll need to have some idea of what the other crowns are supposed to do before I can write a poem designed to cover all of them. I'd say hold off on the flavour text until the cycle of crowns is done.

I added the other crown. I had planned to make more but a) I really like 'mirrors' (Elemental Blasts) more than cycles (COPs), and b) I can't think of any other adjectives that have the same affective power as Sorrow and Justice.
Note that these abilities are typically black and white, respectively - which I really like, as white and black seem like the only two colors that are really 'kingly'. Red and green are too wild for anything more than a chieftain or warlord, who would always truly lead, not sit back and command others to do his bidding, and blue seems like it would rather not deign to get its hands dirty and rule - only take what it can use and throw the rest away. But black delights in in having power over others, and white's got the whole "social structure" thing going on.

The only unfortunate thing is that sorrow and justice don't really mirror each other. Sometimes they follow each other, in arbitrary order, but they're not really mirrors.
Doesn't matter, though. Just some flavour-commentary.
