Prime Legacy

I am making this card, and am open to suggestions. Here's what i've got so far:

Cost: 2 Forsests 1 Mountains 1 Plains
Type: Instant
Effects: Deals 2 damage to target creature or player, you gain 2 life. Place target card on top of it's owners library.
Other Effects: Flashback for the same cost

When I was making this card, I though a while and asked my self... "Do I really want cards that have no variety?" I of course answered myself "no." I came up with this card for several reasons.

1) I wanted a card for Domain decks.
2) I wanted an all around card that helps in alot of situations.
3) I was playing a deck, and if I had that card, I would have won.
4) It sounded pretty good, for a good price.

It looks good, but I'm not sure I see this as game winning card.

I see the red and white components, but I have no idea where the green component's coming from. Isn't putting stuff on top of its owner's library blue's domain?

That mana cost is absurd.
