Interesting.  I've always seen Tog as being pre-built to about 58 cards, and this deck is really only about 3 cards off what I run (Deed #2, Scroll, and Sol Ring over 2 DA and a Mana Crypt.)  The SB is obviously all kinds of funky, though.
