Enraged Wildcat
{G}{G}
Creature -- Cat
3/1

Enraged Wildcat blocks if able.

Red, the colour I'd most associate with mindless fury and black, the colour I'd most associate with cowardice already have mechanics that require creatures to attack each turn, or don't allow them to block. I don't know if blocking if able is much of a penalty, but I figured I'd give it a shot. I figure it this way: Early in the game, it's very strong, but it's fragile. If they have a 1/x they can force it to die, no matter what. In the late game, there are bound to be times when this can't even trade with the opponent's biggest creature, making it a dead draw...Almost makes me want to consider giving it cycling, but I won't.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Ah, sorry 'bout that. I had a point in there somewhere, but I lost it. The point was that this sort of forces the creature to engage in combat every turn, not by merit of mindlessness or cowardice, but because if its ferocity, a trait I associate with green. Even if you try to keep it out of combat by not having it attack, it will get into combat with only the slightest provocation.

Would make it G. Killing a creature with 1 toughness, that have to block seems like the easiest thing to do. It is a worse Rogue Elephant at GG, but at G it seems better but not broken.

Give it attacking doesn't cause to tap...

That way it will actually be untapped and therefor ABLE to block...

You're missing the point. This way, there's no possibility of it not either blocking or being blocked, unless your opponent chooses otherwise.

I've asked for this card to be closed. I posted the initial idea when I was very tired, but now that I've had time to think about it, I think it is not only dull, but not particularly flavourful.
