Yawgmoth's Bargain, it is not, but how much is something like this going to strengthen combo decks? Sleight of Hand isn't exactly a bad card, so giving one the ability to Sleight with every card drawn makes me wary of how abusable this is. As I said, it's not Yawgmoth's Bargain, but then, Yawgmoth's Bargain was obscenely powerful. Especially with Rector being the method of choice for getting enchantments into play, I wouldn't lose any sleep over this being costed at   {U} OR instead of putting the card on the bottom of your library, removing it from the game. |

Well the card is strictly inferior to cards like Bargain and possibly even Future Sight. I thought it might be on the same power level of Future Sight, but more conditional on how your deck is built in some ways.

This would get pretty ridiculous when you cast a draw 7, you would have to take do the 7 "draws" step by step until all 7 choices are made. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, just a REALLY powerful thing.

But bazaar decks don't tend to be around at 5 mana. Madness wants to kill people with creatures by then (or at least have a board position where this is irrelevant), and Dragon doesn't particularly want to be still playing either. It's fine as it is.
Name of "Mind Expansion" or something? I see this card as flavour-wise something like a brainwave - something where your brain is almost overflowing with choices. Still, not sure how useful this is as the card seems to be function-based over flavour-based.
