Since the only real power I own are Ruby, Emerald, Lotus - I will continue to search for the best R/G Beatz available.  I have FCG and am looking for other R/G decks to build.   I know Null rod should have some slots in this, but I just hate turning off the only power I own.

4 River Boa - early beatz

4 Kird ape - early beatz

4 Horned Kavu - mid game beat stick

4 Wall of Blossoms - they're not really a turn 2 play in this deck but combine nicely with Kavu, tempo disruptor

4 Rancor - early beatz - these could be Basking Rootwallas

4 Giant Growth - these could be incinerates, but the deck is pretty tight mana wise, I thought about chain lightning, but I don't think the deck has the red to fuel it, good utility

4 Lightning Bolt - good utility

3 Power Rangers - funky blocker tricks and works with Lavamancer pretty good

4 Naturalize - disruption is good, utility

3 Grim Lavamancer - good utility

4 Wastelands
1 Strip Mine
4 Forest
1 Mountain
4 wooded Foothills
4 Taiga
1 Lotus Petal
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Emerald
1 Black Lotus

SB: standard issue Sideboard, looking for not-so-run-of-the-mill cards though

3 Artifact Mutation
4 Blood Moon
4 Red Elemental Blast
4 Tormod's Crypt

I prefer incinerates over chain lightnings because they are istants, and this is more relevant than the higher cc.
I don't like wheel because a lot of times will help your opponent more than you.
Ah, you should have 4 boas.
Personally I prefer null rod over SoFI, but that is probably a meta choice; I play 3 rancor, but having you 3 sofi they're not needed.
I like a lot lavamancers; try them they're really strong against lot of decks; moreover you shouldn't have problems feeding them ( 5 strips, 4 fetchlands, 8 bolts, 3 naturalizes...).

A couple things; first, I wouldn't play SoFI. First, it's a big mana investment. You can't afford to sac a forest to the Lumberjack every time you want to equip it. Second, there are 3 playable artifacts for RG Beatz: Null Rod, Cursed Scroll, and SoFI in that playability order. Null Rod shuts down enough decks to warrant its inclusion, especially with the large amount of Slaver out there now.

Second, keep in mind the idea of RG Beatz. It's not a big creature deck, it's a deck that spits out threats and supplements them with burn. Terravore, in my mind, is not a good example of a creature that should be used here. It's risky, first of all, and slow (since you have to slow down your own land drops to get it out). Troll Ascetic is right on the border, but in my opinion, River Boa is better, especially since it's less mana intensive. Also, you might want to try Hidden Gibbons if you see a lot of control in your area.
