Hmm.... Let me start with what I believe are the flaws in the deck:

1. The inclusion of "arcbound relaimer" or Arcbound Reclaimer... Even in Type 2 this is cast away as fairly useless, especially in a combo deck such as this where you want to win uber-quick and the mana curve is so low.

2.  The inclusion of "natuko shade" or Nantuko Shade... Why? How is this better than its current spotfiller, Myr Enforcer, AND he's not T2 so he's not as tech.

3. Dark Ritual = no. Ornithopter = yes. A 0-drop that is an outlet for Ravager's counters, a saccable to Ravager/Shrap Blast and plus, what does D.Rit give you? Super speed so you can go first turn...

4. Sinkholes! Okay... Mixing Sui and T1 Ravager is a no-no. They have no synergy whatsoever. With Ravager, you want lots and lots and lots of artifacts (aka moxen/lotus). I understand if you're on a budget... so am I... but just about all T1 tourneys have about 5 proxy so there they are. If not, Workshops.

To answer your question about Welder vs. Disciple ... This should be a no-brainer. Disciple should be fairly obvious because this deck is supposed to be combo, not sinkhole/welder/terminate control. Let me show you what I'd change.

-4 sinkhole
-4 edict/terminate
-4 dark ritual
-3 nantuko shade
-2 arcbound reclaimer
-2 badlands
-2 ancient tomb
-4 bloodstained mire

+4 ornithopter
+4 myr enforcer
+4 thoughtcast
+4 glimmervoid
+1 tolarian academy
+4 moxen
+1 lotus
+3 fling

I'm assuming first off that you want to keep red, and second that you own no Force of Wills. If you did, there would already be blue in this deck. Sorry if I somewhat mutilated your idea, but I just think that your version was going nowhere, fast. Good luck with it.

I'm sorry if I am playing "Moderator" here but how many threads like this do we need to see?  Please edit your post because simply giving us a deck and asking us to make it better is just silly.  Our lives don't revolve around coming online, looking at someone's deck, playtesting it and tell you the flaws of the deck.  You need to add discussion, playtesting notes, your metagame and card choices.
