Here's mine.  Note the Magic decal in the window.  How nerdy is that?

I can think of something more nerdy than that. It involves the number 12.

Damn, you people keep your desks clean as shit. Mine currently has a half-used Kleenex, box of band-aids, a coaster, pencil, paper, little card with a list of my university's free movie times, piggy bank, and water bottle on it.

Pics pics pics!

By the way: I still think it looks messy. That's why I'm integrating the cardreader into my case (the little thing just above the keyboard) and want a more 'simple' monitor stand. I'm also getting a cable gutter this week for the bunch of cables in the beck. Neatnessfreak4L!

We'll see if I can get my camera to work. It's kind of on the fritz. Check back here for possible updates.

EDIT: Success!

Clutter 4L. Just like the rest of my room:

Actually, my desk can get pretty cluttered, but I had just been moving things around in my bedroom and had just finished re-assembling my setup, so I figured I should get a few pictures.

Your setup looks great, Bram.  I considered taking the CoolerMaster route, but decided it all felt a little too impersonal; they really do all the modding and whatnot for you.  I also opted against wireless peripherals because of the latency involved while gaming.

I built my box on kind of a budget, but here are the specs:

AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Barton w/333MHz FSB
MSI Nforce2 K7N2 Delta-L w/400MHz FSB support
2x Mushkin Basic Green 256MB DDR333 PC2700
ABIT GeForce FX 5200
2x Western Digital WD800JB 80GB Hard Drives
Lite-On 52x/32x/52x CD-R
Lite-On 16x DVD-ROM
Logitech MX500 Optical Mouse
Ideazon Z-Board Keyboard with Crossfire Keyset
fUnc sUrface Mouse Pad
Altec Lansing ATP-3 Thin Profile Speakers w/Sub
Impression IM-21 Aluminum/Acrylic Case
Thermaltake Silent Pure Power 480 Watt Adjustable Speed Dual Fan Power Supply

And the crappiest part of my setup:

Viewsonic E70FB 17" Monitor

I have an Amiga at home that suffered whilst in storage (what else do you do with old faithful computers?) due to a number of insects taking up residence. The hard drive (and therefore operating system) does nothing more than make painful whirrrrrrrring sounds BUT you can still play Civ 1 on it.

Being old enough to remember computers that you could spill cider on without any lasting damage, order memory expansions that came by post in unpadded envelopes that just worked when you plugged them in, no installation of anything as the computer knew what it was plugged into and windows (small w) that actually worked, I have a loathing for PCs and all things Microsoft.

Your blue lights impress me not.....

(If I sound like a miserable old git please excuse me, I'm not actually that old)

In that case, you might want to know I have a WORKING Amiga 500 AND a working Amiga 1200 (with a 120 MB Overdrive external harddisk Smile ) I still frequently use Protracker and DPaint. I will always stand firm in my belief that Workbench is the best operating system EVER.

You make them work!

Must be a 1200 then. I can't recall harddrives being available for the original 500. Boot from floppy 4L!

I remember ordering a RAM upgrade by mail, yes. I wanted to be able to switch it off since some games didnt work with the massive memory increase Wink I had to drill a hole in the side of my 500 and install one o'them sexy red manual switches. Those were the days, yes. You're right, my blue lights ain't got nothing on that.

I guess THIS little pic should bring back some memories for you, too, then:
