Conveyor Belt
2
Artifact
T: Take the top card of your library and put it face down underneath Conveyor Belt.
2, T: Reveal the top card under Conveyor Belt and put it into your hand, if it is an artifact, untap Conveyor Belt.

Artifact card drawing that rewards you for playing a lot of artifacts. It also doesn't REQUIRE you to play a lot of artifacts, but it is much more useful if you do.

Conveyor Belt
2
Artifact
T: Remove the top card of your library from the game face down. You may look at it at any time.
2, T: Reveal a card you own removed from the game with Conveyor Belt and put it in your hand. If it is an artifact, untap Conveyor Belt.

I'd prefer that this didn't stack the cards underneath it in a specific order. That makes it too easy to cheat, even unintentionally.

The thing is is that it really doesn't matter if the cards are stacked in order or not, because they are put face down underneath it, so the player couldn't see the card in the first place.

Even so, if someone had out Future Sight, they'd know what all the cards were (since they saw them face up in the library). So it's still an issue.

If the card requires tapping to skim the card off the library and mana and tapping to "draw" it, I'm not sure what the problem is. You can't do both in one turn, so it's not a tremendously good card drawer. Keeping them in order maintains the idea of the conveyer belt. Overall, I think this is a cool idea.

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

To prevent shenanigans, may I suggest...

First ability:  "Remove the top card of your library from the game, face-down.

Second ability:  "Reveal a card removed by ~this~ at random.  Put that card into your hand.  If it was an artifact, untap ~this~.

You can do both in one turn, but it requires you to put it into your hand first. If it is an artifact, you can untap it then put a card under it. In regards to the unordered vs. ordered: I guess you could take whatever card under it you wanted, so long as they are all face down. Another way to fix this is just to make it better, i.e. Just allow the player to look at the cards at any time a la Gustha's Scepter. Also, I think I should have some Gustha's rules text.

For reference, here is the Oracle text for the Scepter...

Gustha's Scepter
{0}
Artifact
When Gustha's Scepter leaves play, put all cards removed from the game with Gustha's Scepter into their owner's graveyard.
{T}: Remove a card in your hand from the game face down. You may look at it at any time.
{T}: Return a card you own removed from the game with Gustha's Scepter to your hand.

Note that you can't put something "underneath ~this~" anymore as it really is unclear where that something is.  It needs to go to a specific zone, such as the removed from game zone.

Wouldn't imprinting the card let you see it in the first place?

Summoner's Egg in Fifth Dawn imprints cards face down, so if it were from the top of your library like this is then imprint should be fine.  Im not sure if imprint needs to used for this however:
Mangara's Tome
Artifact
When Mangara's Tome comes into play, search your library for five cards. Remove those cards from the game face down, then shuffle them. Then shuffle your library.
2: The next time you would draw a card this turn, instead put the top card removed from the game with Mangara's Tome into its owner's hand.

Similar to scepter and how i think it should be templated.

Your current wording does not make sense as far as the rules are concerned.

Please update it to use modern templating.

Something like this:
Quote
Conveyor Belt
2
Artifact
T: Remove the top card of your library from the game face down. You may look at it at any time.
2, T: Reveal a card you own removed from the game with Conveyor Belt and put it in your hand. If it is an artifact, untap Conveyor Belt.

Gah, I missed one small change. This shouldn't say "return"--see my (now edited) previous post for a fix.
