If you have to ask if a deck is viable, the answer is no.
You die if Lich is disenchanted, or if Mirror Universe is Stifled. And you have no way to stop someone from doing so. In addition, you have no consistently reliable way of ensuring those critical spells resolve except for 3 Duress which I assure you is not enough by itself. You will get rolled by Tog, and probably slow-rolled by Germbus. Draw7 and Belcher will outrace you, and anything that targets your manabase will cause you to lose quickly, as you need
quadruple black to cast Lich, and you are not running Dark Ritual. It may be a hard pill to swallow, but this deck is quite bad.
