I play in a tournament every once in a while that is 1.5 without Force of Will (yes it is retarded, I know).  I do not have Workshops or Bazaars.  Other than that, I have pretty much whatever I need, including Mana Drains.  Any ideas for a competitive deck?  The format is EXTREMELY biased towards creatures and red.

I'd advice you to play enchantress or possibly some mask-based deck.

if its 1.5 you might as well just play food chain.  I mean no power is needed anyway.  Or you could just play Mono Blue without forces and if there is alot of red i'm sure misdirection would be a good call.  Or you could play blue/white control without forces add in moats if there are lots of bigfatgreencreaturesandsomefo rests.dec.
