I thought of this card the other day, mostly its just a cool flavor card but anyways:

Law of the Jungle
2GG
Enchantment
All creatures gain "TAP: Destroy target creature with lesser power"

Im pretty sure there is a better wording on this,

Green? How is this anything but Black (possibly Red/Black)? Preying on the weak is SO Red and Black - even allowing for the predator/prey concept. And it would suck in T1, and be amazing in other formats. As we're after a non-T1-only set, it needs powering down if it's realistically going to reach the master thread.
