My question is: how can I change this Maindeck/sideboard to be better prepared for the mirror? As it seams to be getting quite popular around where I play.

well the main thing would probably be side in more sharpshooters definately, other then that, I don't see any HUGE bomb you can side in against a mirror

You could always add the additional Sharpshooter to the maindeck to help in the mirror.  Other than that there isn't really much you can do because you've already maxed out on Gempalms.

Most people are very comfortable only running 2 Matrons. So dropping 1-2 of them for Shooters would help.

You could also look into Pyrokenesis.

More Sharpshooter's, Pyrokinesis and if you want something funny/kind of cool when it works - go with Skirk Fire Marshall.
