many new versions of this highly meta-ed deck have been posted.  all that i have seen so far have been u/w/b tricolor.  they also seem to have very unsturdy mana bases.  some of the more recent deck lists that i have been seeing have attempted to include city of brass as a possible mana fixer.  i wanted the general concensus of people whether a 2 color u/w version would be possible if not better.  also i have seen that many eba decks have a lack of card draw and an excess of card filtering such as impulse and brainstorm.  i want to see the reaction to the possible inclusion of accumulated knowledge (AK) into this deck.

Welcome to the ManaDrain! Here, being the premier Type 1 site on the internet, we try to hold ourselves to a higher standard of content and quality. You should read Phil's posting FAQ and then repost your topic, as this will most likely be closed by a moderator.

As for the deck itself, EBA is generally considered obsolete. Limiting yourself to blue and white further cuts your options, eliminating valuable disruption, tutors, and Yawgmoth's Will. Without Intuition, Accumulated Knowledge is not fully optimal, and other decks that play it such as Hulk will be able to abuse it against you. As for the mana-base being unstable, apart from using a lot of basics in 2-color, I've never had a problem with just fetches and duals.

Good luck and welcome to TMD!

PS: If you've got more questions regarding either the deck or the posting rules, feel free to PM me and I'll answer to the best of my ability.

Actually, I have a special section of the rules for people who post in threads that they know will be locked. Try #5, Related Point (c). It's an awesome read.

Welcome to TMD, anyway.
