There's a link to the Danish Nationals Type 1 top 8 decklists:

http://www.playordraw.com/db/article.asp?ID=540

and a tournament report:

http://www.brainburst.com/db/article.asp?ID=4304

I wonder if Brainburst will start having type 1 material on a more regular basis now that it's been acknowledged (by Bleweiss and co) that vintage's popularity is growing? This has to be yet another good sign.

P.S. The "Total Deck Value" things at the bottom of each formatted deck list are pretty fun Smile

Germbus wtf is that kinda name..lol germbus..kinda reminds me of taking the bus...all those germs from homeless people

2nd comment down... this is funny. It continues:

TYpe one is for panzies that loose at type 2 cause their jank ass combo wont work without power nine. TYpe 2 matters, type 1 is for tards, and assclowns.

This comes from a dude called pakistan_towel. We should go George Bush on his ass. Very Happy

Ok, enough ethnic jokes.

It's this sort of attitude that makes me not want to play Type 2. Nothing against the format itself, but people like this... I would get life in prison for all the killing I would do.

Yeah, Go Brainburst. Smile

We knew they were trying to give Type One more attention when they tried to steal the entire slate of SCG Type One writers. Only I bit, and only for about three weeks---at which point their site crushed my will to live with its shittiness and Pete took me back like the generous man he is.

PoD has wanted to, but they haven't been able to find people to write for them since most of the Type 1 writers are highly critical of their mercenary behavior.

Heh, actually I know the guy who wrote the Germbus article IRL (Kyle Green). Nice guy, good player. Another person who plays regularly in our area wrote another article based on the Fish VS 4cControl matchup

http://www.playordraw.com/db/article.asp?id=507

I think it's quite good, and it mentions of the Crucible tech way before I read of anyone else here mention anything on it (though to be fair, I don't really read in-depth any threads on control decks, just a quick skim).

I think this is a good sign, the more interest in T1 the better.
