Target opponent chooses a color, then you choose a card type.  Search your library for a card of the chosn color and card type, reveal it, then put it into your hand.  Then shuffle your library.

Well, since you know your own deck, this is basically a tutor for a card of the color of your opponent's choice. That seems pretty terrible.

Not only is this a really bad tutor (basically, it requires a deck with all five colours of at least one type of spell), the name doesn't make any sense. What is a "Free Associate?" What does it have to do with blue?

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Maybe it would be better done as "Target opponent chooses a card type. Search your library for a card of the chosen card type, reveal it, then put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library."

I don't know if this would be too good. Not to mention would they be allowed to choose "Enchant World", or "Enchant Artifact"

No, the card types are Land, Artifact, Creature, Enchantment, Instant and Sorcery. Those are the only six your opponent could choose among.

I think if the opponent chose type and you chose color this would be good to make as a sorcery. Remember, the active player chooses first.

That really only applies when it doesn't specifically state an order, such as when players have to do something at the same time.

Yeah, I learned about that rule when trying to break Cataclysm. But as long as the caster chooses first, this card would be printable, and I happen to like it a bit.

There are colored artifacts now?

Well, if you have to choose a color, and they pick artifact or land, then you can't get anything.
