This is my new take on Accelerated Blue.  Any suggestions and comments are very welcome (flames are expected Smile)

ACceLerated Blue (ACLU)

4 Masticore

4 Mana Drain
4 Force of Will
4 Miscalculation (traditionalists use Mana Leak)

4 Nevinyrral's Disk
4 Stifle

4 Impulse
1 Ancestral Recall

4 Wasteland
1 Stripmine
4 Mishra's Workshop
7 SoLoMoxen
15 Islands

SB
Energy Flux ?
B2B ?
Dandan ?
BEB ?

With all the artifacts running around it just seems to be a great time to bring back disk.  The core can regenerate and survive the disks to the synergy is still there.  In this build workshop is uses as a ritual for dropping core and disk so back to basics should be run in the sideboard or even worked into the maindeck.  The reduncancy means the deck does not need as much search and draw.

The counter base is soild with the moxen allowing for first turn countering with miscalculation.  The ability to cycle the miscalculation mid game could prove more beneficial than the one extra mana cost for countering.
Force and drain of course are no brainers.

Stifle is highly underated.  Against fetch lands it is a wasteland and is just a good item to have vs combo decks.

Core can machine gun down soldier tokens and the like.

1999 called. It wanted it's tech back.
A deck like this will never survive in today's fast meta. Your threats are
suboptimal, your draw engine is 1xancestral recall, and your spot removal
consists of masticore.
this is seriously too slow.
