R/G Beats for this meta game....

I want to build a R/G beats deck that can compete in the following meta game:  Multiple Stacks w/ crucible, Multiple Hulk and GAT, at least one 4cc, Madness, Mono Blue, TNT.  Here are some builds to work with….

My concerns are not MD'ing too much hate to neuter the speed of the beats.  I like both builds but could use some help with the board as well.

Wouldn't Artifact Mutation or even Oxidize be almost always better than Naturalize?  Mutation flat out wins games against Workshop and Oxidize is 1 mana cheaper than Naturalize.  What has enchantments anyways-Dragon is about it and you didn't list it in your metagame.
