Mind's Eye
artifact
5 colorless mana

When ever an opponent would draw a
card, you may pay 1 if you do draw a card

To me this card is extremly broken but it gets rarely played. I've seen some builds of workshop slaver run it, but I've been testing in drain slaver and its been helping out a lot.

This card shines in the 4cc match up and in the fish match up. Now There engine becomes your engine plus there first draw. I can't see why this card isn't played more often.

Really think how this card could help you in those close games.

H8 polls.

ME is nice. It's a cute trick but mana-intensive. If I were paying 5 or tinkering it out, I'd have to ask why I would want it over Memory Jar or Mirari. I think it's fine as a 1-of in CS, but the deck is already tight for slots.

I think that mind's eye is orrible.
in stacker you cannot use it in single copy, because U don't use search engine or drawings. so U must use it in 3/4 copy. but a strong 7/10 or a trinisphere is better, obv...
in staks you have better search engine to use, so U use thirst of knowledge or ancestral recall or many other cards. you use tinker and you can put that in play only for 3, but i i use tinker i prefer to put in play a jar or a colossus.
in ws slavery.... the same of staks!
in the other deck is too expensive to pay complete cost.

The card can be very strong, but like said very mana intensive. When playing Controll i will play it over memory jar for sure. Mirari is nice but that thing is even more mana intensive and you can't really builton it for drawing cards. Yes it will double some spells, but that will only help ifyou can play them in the first place.

I've been considering playing the card in Landstill, the deck might run this card. It's mana-intensive (enough lands  Cool), the CC is not a real problem, Disk costs 4 too so the 5th mana should be do-able. Most Drain-based decks could run this card. However most got better draw-engine's like Ak, TfK or Skeletal Scryings.

The cards will win you games whenit hits play, but when you drawit early itwill often be very dead. 5 mana is no joke and using it take's 1-2 mana (or more) every turn. If you got that much mana AND time (like Landstill) this might be a good try, otherwise I'd stick with Scryings&Co.

Polls usually suck and this one is not an exception.
