What effects, if any, can be played "at end of turn" but don't trigger new "at end uf turn" ablilities until the NEXT end of turn?

being pumped for 3 "at end of turn" of my turn is what is in question.
It is my assumption that End of Turn is part of the clean up stage, and all end of turn triggers will have to well, trigger. Said Furnace
Whelp 
will be a 2/2 creature at the beginning of the NEXT turn, no matter WHAT the controller of Furnace
Whelp 
does.
