Burning wish in 4cc?

here comes yet another image of me smoking a big crack rock, but could this give 4cc a reason to board All Sun's Dawns in order to further add recursion into the design?  Obviously there would be no real green powerhouses main deck, but this could be a potential multiple card recursion card since the deck often has a card of each of its 4 colors in the grave at some point.  


P.S.  I am short 1 Exalted Angel from making the standard deck that has 3 Exalted Angels in it.  What could I substitute for the missing Exalted Angel?  Perhaps making this a slot for a Burning Wish?
