Sunday AUG, 15TH there will be a tournament at the Knights of Columbus in Somers, Ct hosed by Matt's Sportcards & Comics

Entry Fee: $15

5 Proxies will be allowed.

Registration: 9:15 AM
Start time: 10:00 AM

Prize:
1st Prize- Black Lotus OR $500 CASH
2-4 TBD
Directions:
Knights of Columbus
236 Main St., Somers, CT
Take exit 47 E. Off I-91
Go straight 5.5 Miles and the Knights of Coumbus is on the Right

Other important information:

Matt is going to give the $500 away, REGARDLESS of how many people show up. If you are the only one there you can buy the PRIZE for $15   TOP 2 CAN SPLIT AT $300 EACH, TOP 4 AT $150 EACH.
The  LOTUS will be based on attendance.

 Similiar tournaments will be held on  9/26 and -> 10/10. <-

There will be a dealer on site, and the Knights of Columbus is located right of a main road, so there is plenty of places to eat near the site.

Anybody who can come down will definetly have a good time.

two things:
1) wanted to boost the thread so I could find it in the morning to get directions
2) I'm going to this, but you guys should really start it later so people comming up from the New York area or out from Boston don't have to get out of the house by like 6 or 7 am.

This thing is tommorow, who's going?

This is really one great tournement, I've been to at least two of the other ones over the summer.

Matt is a good guy, and I know he's lost money on a couple of the tournies, I think you should attend if you don't have anything happening on a sunday.  A lot of people live close by, im like 2 hrs away and im still going to make the trip.  

Im still happy that he keeps running these tournies, and I'll be there tomorrow to represent Jersey.
