Decklist and explanation request: Academies

Hey I just want to know how did the decks based on Tolarian Academy work and, if possible, a decklist.

so you know, decklist requests like this generally aren't favored here.

Also, Tolarian Academy isn't really a foundation for an entire deck, but generally just a good mana accelerant - espescially if you're playing an artifact-heavy deck.
