The only thing I'd really like to debate here is the cost of the spell. It has the potential to be a grossly overcosted Pyroclasm or a grossly undercosted Inferno, so I figured it'd be appropriate to cost it between the two.

Nice. I think the casting cost is good. If it's a problem, maybe you can drop the "and player" and have it damage creatures only?

Well, it didn't receive much commentary, but it's a pretty generic sort of red card. Let's see if calling for the 24 HOUR CLOCK generates any more discussion.

Well id say its fine.  The only difficulty in judging this is that we dont yet know how how easy it will be to gain poison counters.  In fact id be tempted to make it 1+#poison counters so it always does something.
EDIT: actually given some of the black stuff it should probably stay as is.
