Well this is a deck that I have recently kept on the back burner, but kept tweaking and massaging with varying success and failure. This deck packs many threatening cards for todays meta and keeps a pretty strong draw engine to boot.
BugStill

1 Library of Alexandria
4 Polluted Delta
4 Faerie Conclave
4 Mishra's Factory
4 Wasteland
1 Strip Mine
3 Tropical Island
3 Underground Sea
1 Island
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Jet/Lotus Petal
1 Black Lotus

3 Duress
4 Mana Drain
4 Force of Will

3 Pernicious Deed
2 Diabolic Edict
3 Crucible of Worlds
3 Cunning Wish
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Time Walk
1 Mind Twist

4 Standstill
1 Ancestral Recall
2 Skeletal Scrying

SB:
1 Diabolic Edict
1 Misdirection
1 Blue Elemental Blast
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Fact or Fiction
1 Oxidize
1 Stifle
1 Coffin Purge
1 Pernicious Deed
3 Planar Void
3 Old Man of the Sea/River Boa (basically open slots for meta gaming)

Card choices:

The mana base on this deck is probably the most worry-some part of the deck. While the deck maintains three colors, it runs 10 lands that produce only colorless mana. However it is important to note that the deck runs 28 mana sources   Embarassed The other silly looking card in the mana base is the possible Lotus Petal over the Jet. I played around with the petal for greater ease in getting out the Deed earlier, I have mixed feelings but I'm going with the Jet for now. It also makes duress even more frequent turn 1.

The disruption/permissions featured here are fairly normal. I had a grouping of stifle/mis-d but I wanted to run the Crucible in a deck which can abuse it with manlands, fetchlands, and strip/waste. It seemed a shame not to feature the crucible, so the Mis-d and stifle were moved to the board as wish targets. Another argument would be to remove the duress in favor of the previously mentioned, but then the deck becomes a suboptimal version of 3Cc? ewwww!, lets not even go there.

Onto board control and Utilities. I feel this is where this deck really defines itself, besides the obvious of attacking with land for the Win. It packs the board sweeping ability of pernicious deed and the amazing cruelty of crucible. Which I should note is needed for protection against other crucibles as much as it is on the offense. The mind twist is so strong, and for now I can fit it into the build so it seems logical enough.

On the draw engine. The deck as you can see employs cards that really fill up your hand and help to keep library active rather than brainstorm and cantrips. Once the engine gets going it starts into a cain and doesn't stop, one of the main reasons I like it. The lack of brainstorm is a weakness I will admit.

Sideboard is temporary and for wishing, I'll leave it at that.

With those comments what are your thoughts on improvements or presence of a deck like this in the meta.

Ok, where to start...

i) you're running green and you dont have Fastbond in here, why?  Aside the basic tempo boost it provides it hardens your tempo lock when you have Crucible out and breaks you out of opposing Crucible locks.

ii) You're running Lotus, Recall, Walk and black.  Why no YawgWill?

iii)  No Nevs Disk makes baby Jesus cry.  'But I have Deed!' you say.  You can get an immediate effect from Deed, but other than that it is worse than Disk.  The casting cost is terrible.  You need 2 off-color mana to cast the thing.  Good luck getting the mana to cast it when you have no Brainstorms to help you find the few lands in your deck that actually give you green or black mana and only 4 fetches.  Furthermore, you can drop Disk using exclusively Drain mana and still have your lands untapped to handle stuff on the opponents next turn.

Disk is what allows landstill to function and it really cant be replaced.

iv)  Diabolic Edict is weak.

v)  Landstill, as a concept, doesnt like Wishes.  They're too slow and exspensive and just generally not worthwhile when you run boardsweepers.

Not to be harsh, but I dont like this deck at all.  I dont see how this is superior to other versions of landstill.  Red adds so much more to this deck than black.  The creature control cards are inferior, the black bombs are not as strong in this deck, and Duress is weaker than MisD/Stifle since it takes main phase mana to use.  Landstill is incredibly mana hungry and you're stressing that even more through the use of things like Duress and Deed.  The manabase in this deck is hella fragile too.  Splashing green for an inferior disk effect is just a plain bad idea.

EDIT: clarified a point

You are running a land/creature kill deck that operates on the principal of "don't let you opponent play shit." but you are using 8 creatures, 4 of which come into play tapped, so your tempo is already slower than other creature kill decks. and all of your lands cost mana to become creatures. You really ought to be using a fastbond. and mabye some better creatures then Farie Conclave.
