MTG type 1 (vintage) tournament, non-sanctioned.

Location:  Alternate Universe; 6327 sw Capitol Highway; Portland Oregon; (503) 244-0290

Directions: Click "http://www.mapquest.com" and enter our adress for directions.

Time:  Registration is from 12:00 noon to 12:50 pm. Tournament starts at 1:00pm

Tournament Format:  Non-sanctioned type 1 modified swiss with playoff top 4 players.  10 proxies are allowed.  Please read the rules that apply for thier use.  yes they are a pain, but it eliminates disputes between players on what was intended.

 Arrow Full name of the card.
 Arrow Casting cost of the card.
 Arrow any related text on card function must be on the proxy.
 Arrow proxy must be on a basic land card.
 Arrow No photocopies or slips of paper in the sleeve with the proxy card.
 Arrow Please write clearly and neatly.

Entry:  $10.00 per player

Prizes:  A Mint Mana Drain

Head Judge:  TBD

Ok, here are a few house rules to keep the peace.

 {1} No personal selling in the shop.  Even if we do not have it in stock, it's not cool. Anyone caught selling/buying from each other will be "asked" to leave with no refund.  Stepping outside to make a sale doesn't really work either.  If another person wants to buy something from you, wait until after the tournament and do it outside, then go home.  No harm, no foul.

 {2} Outside food and drink are no problem, just clean up after yourself.

 {3} Have fun!

Tell Everyone! I want to get the turnout to the point that we can start giving power and other sweet prizes!  Oregon needs to pick up the ball on Type 1 and this is your chance.
