and push for it to be an uncommon (Not really much pushing, since I'm the one assigning blue cards to the set). I guess it just depends on how much we want to push blue combat effects. If we want this sort of theme to be important for the set, I can lower the cost and make this card more powerful. It might be a bit strong in limited, but generally, it's more of a themely, tone-setting card than a game breaking one.
