4 Spark Elemental 4 Mogg Fanatic 4 Lightning Bolt 4 Chain Lightning 4 Firebolt 3 Flame Rift 4 Incinerate 4 Thunderbolt 4 Lava Spike
3 Browbeat 2 Ball Lightning
16 Mountain 4 Strip Mine ---
There is not much to discuss about this decks strategy. It sends burnage to the face.
The only card in the list that I want out is Flame Rift, it seems so janky.
Mogg Fanatic is a 1cc tim, that also swings.
Spark Elemental is extra good in a format where White Weenie is common.
Four Strips is awesome sauce, since my mana curve can take it, and other decks may be more fragile.
I considered barbarian ring, but when you got 7 cards in your yard, you should've won alrdeay, or be about to. The card screams "win-more".
I could use the insight of those with experience in this format (pez), I'm new to it.

Fireblast costs 0 mana and does 4 damage.
Black Vise usually does significant damage in the early game
If you increase the number of creatures, Reckless Charge is an efficient 'burn' spell. Note that creatures like Jackal Pups/Goblin Cadets hit less hard than many burn spells but hit repeatedly, making them more efficient damage dealers.
Price of Progress can be a devastating damage dealing spell.
Traditionally decks of this sort have employed Wheel of Fortune but have a poor track record. Combo decks can usually just ignore the damage and go off without any problems on turn 3. Control decks just soak up 15 damage then win with the +5 card advantage you gave them. Aggro decks play out creatures which you burn until you fail to burn a creature and it kills you. You win the odd game against Suiced Black and bad aggro/bad combo.
Stip Mine is restricted. Use 1 Strip, 3 Wastelands.

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?

Peasant Magic
There is no chalice in that format, because it's rare. Strip is not restricted. Wheel is not allowed. Price is terrible.
Fireblast and Vise would be much better than Browbeat and Ball Lightning for the uncommon slots, though.
Lava Dart, Shock, Seal of Fire, and that flashback shock are all better than terrible cards like Thunderbolt and Spark Elemental, and would be good replacements for Flame Rift too.
edit: forgetting the name of a card is a good way to miss it in the decklist.

Fireblast is common and ownage, I initially missed it because of the high converted cost. It's a great finisher.
Vise is a maybe, but I've not seen any control in my meta, probably a SB card.
I am already running firebolt, the flashback shock.
This decks plan was originally to ignore men and hit the player, counting on my burn outracing thier clocks, but that seems flawed now, so Thunderbolt is cut for Seal of Fire.
Spark Elemental and Lava Dart are the two choices for the remaining slot, I am leaning toward Dart.
Revised list:
4 Lava Dart 4 Mogg Fanatic 4 Lightning Bolt 4 Chain Lightning 4 Firebolt 4 Fireblast 4 Incinerate 4 Seal of Fire 4 Lava Spike
4 Browbeat
16 Mountain 4 Strip Mine

By the way, Strip Mine is considered an uncommon in Peasant, even though it had a common print run in AQ. Mishra's Factory is still common.
Since you want to run Isochron Scepter (-4x Browbeat), you should probably replace a bunch of the sorceries for instants. Flame Burst, Fire/Ice, and Guerrilla Tactics are good replacements. You should also look into running Bloodfire Dwarf. By the way, you should probably take out a Fireblast.
