any better type 1 sites?

I know alot of people who post here and have met the owner multiple times, but a majoroity of the posters here are complete snobs and are extremly rude and extremly closeminded about everything.
Does anyone know of a type 1 site that will actually have members willing to give constructive criticism and doesnt have a poorly arranged set of forums?
