Turbo Bazzar Parfait is the best deck in the format.  It has all the tools you need/want.

Just kidding.  There is no best deck in the format.  Just read the forums, you will find what decks are good/competitive.

This thread is sooooooo going to get closed. Anyways, play the deck you're used to and make good metagame calls. You don't have to be a genius to figure out Fish sucks in a field of Oath.

With 10 proxies it truly depends on what you already own.  Cerebral Assassin might require a few more than 10 for you, the same with any shop based deck.

If you have shops and/or power and/or drains and/or duals:
Trinistax
Drain Slaver
4CC
Cerebral Assassin

If not:
2 land Belcher
Doomsday

Or run something that isn't as powerful but is still strong:
Food Chain Goblins
Madness
Dragon

etc...etc...

And unless the tournament is 10 minutes from now, you could look around the forums, find a deck you like, throw it together and play around a bit.  Rinse and repeat until you find something you like or are comfortable with.

Closed.

We'll sort out just who's getting warnings here momentarily.
