Electrostatic Bolt playable?

Currently retooling my fish deck since I seem to be having some trouble against aggro workshop. The problem in the matchup is that it is almost impossible to deal with any threats they play in game 1 without double Lavamancer or Fire/Lavamancer. So what I want to know is, is E-bolt playable? It takes down Su-Chi, Juggernaut, Platinum Angel, Goblin Welder, everything in the mirror, everything FCG plays, kills man lands, and is mana efficient. We all know that Lavadart is playable now, and I am thinking in an aggro meta w/ lots of workshop and aggro decks it could be maindecked.

it all depends, everyone uses different cards for their meta-game...try it out and if it works then keep on using it, if not then u'll know...personal opinion though, ive used it to sum degree of success as i shot down plat angel, metalworker, karn, and juggys...so its really your call on if you want to try it or not....different things work for different ppl

why ebolt? i mean yah it kills stuff like su-chi which is nice but unless ur playing in a tournament packed with tons and tons and tons of arti aggro decks lightning bolt or fire ice are just far superior
