Counter a sentence on target spell.


My only question is whether or not if that spell is a permanant, would the game "remember" that the sentence is countered when it comes into play.  Also, it's probably breakable, but most seperate pieces of an ability are one sentence long.  IE: "That creature can't be regenerated", or "Destroy all creatures".
