These Tournaments have become a monthly event that we hope will continue to grow. Unfortunately, because it is a Cash tournament, we base the prize structure on attendance.
Format:
Type 1
Five Proxy
With the option of a Dollar per proxy after that.
$20 Entry Fee
The Tournament will Start At
3pm1st Prize: $500
2nd Prize: $250
3rd & 4th: $75 each
This structure would be the result of a 50 person turnout.
Like Always we offer Free Pizza around the 3rd Round of play for every player in the tournament. Often we have 2-3 full pizza's left over that we give out simply as door prizes.
Another New opportunity at this store is the ability to play
Xbox, Game Cube, and PlayStation 2 for 10 dollars. - This gives you a day pass which allows you to play any time for the entire day. Play in between rounds to keep yourself busy and definitely entertained.
We have Halo, Halo 2, Tony Hawk(several different), Smash Brothers, Soul Caliber and many other games for each system.
Edit: Our two XBox systems are connected to big screen TV's and interconnected for 8 person LAN play.
This Tournament will be held at The Gathering In Centerville on Cape Cod.
