Just a real quick question that just about anyone who has gone to a Vintage magic tourney in the last year could answer. Do tourney organizers count CE cards as proxy's or as real cards. Just wondering before i buy some CE's off a buddy of mine, want to know if it worth even buying them, or if i should just save my money and buy real Power.

CE cards are not tournament legal. Therefore I'd expect TO's to count them as proxies.

I wouldn't expect a TO to let you use them, even counting them as proxies. The squared corners are really easy to distinguish.
