Combo Dude, it is worthwhile to note that this only triggers when the creature is put into play from somebody's hand. This card does approximately the opposite of a card I proposed recently, called
Right of Birth, which punishes people for playing creatures except creatures played from the hand. This card costs
, so I don't see any harm in it. There are much better lock pieces for much less mana. This definitely does feel Phyrexian in nature, though, since I can readily imagine Phyrexia rewardin people for reanimating creatures, but not for casting them.
