anti-spyware program

Can anyone recommend a good anti-spyware program? Mine has been less than stellar lately.

I like Spybot Search & Destroy is a good one for when you just can't seem to figure out what the problem is.  It will find just about anything that has randomly installed itself on your computer, so you need to be careful that you don't accidentally delete say, Acrobat Reader or a Windows Update patch even though it'll come up.
