I know everyone is talking about what could be  restricted on March first. While this has been discussed extensively, everyone is forgetting possible unrestrictions that could take place. After the huge unrestriction push last quarter, many of the cards we wanted to be off the list came off, but some stayed on. Some cards that could possibly be taken off this quarter:

Voltaic Key
Mind over Matter
Mox Diamond
Dream Halls

Should there be more movements towards cleaning up the list, even though putting cards on is first priority?

They've already said they only want to unrestrict things after dust clears to make sure there are no mistakes and if there are, they're easier to fix.  If things get restricted this month, chances are phenomenal that unrestrictions won't happen.

MOM, clearly, is a horrible card.  It should be unrestricted ASAP.

Key is almost as bad. Hurkyl's Recall is honestly many times scarier than Key.

Mox Diamond

Even though it is a horrible card (Land Grant gets waaay more action than this guy), I don't think this is something we can ever seriously expect to come off the list. Four of these probably do something gross that no one needs to know about except smmenen.

He claims Draw7.  If you're scared of that, then by all means.  Personally, I think that's several steps lower than every deck in the format right now.

Dream Halls always seemed kinda scary too. Cheating mana costs (i.e., making things free) seems to be a dangerous thing, at any price.

Unban Portal and restrict Imperial Seal and just to be safe Cruel and Personal Tutor (these last two are pretty bad but are tutors).

MoM and Key could easily come off the list. Mox Diamond and Dream Halls are at the very least potentially dangerous and should stay for now even though I suspect that a Dream Halls deck would never be Tier 1 (after all if you can get a big Enchantment into play, you just get Bargain and win)

Definitely Voltaic Key and MOM could be unrestricted from that list without anyone batting an eyelid. Mox Diamond would be an interesting one to unrestrict with an eye towards people having something new to innovate with. However, with all that being said, I must reiterate my sadistic opinion once again:

Everyone agrees that Key and MOM are safe.  Dream Halls, Mox Diamond, and Time Spiral are iffy but probably safe.  You could possibly make a case for Regrowth, but I don't like the idea of that getting comboed with Intuition.

Dream Halls might be broken in a TPS-style deck with Mana Drains. Sort of like Tog, except with more broken cards, and a faster kill.
